Job description

We’re looking for a talented UX Product Designer to join our pack. From sketching to shipping, your passion for interaction and visual design makes sure our millions of users have the best experience in any situation, while keeping our business objectives into consideration. 

The role 👀

You’re going to be one of Relive’s designers - working along the entire product development process. Doing user research, making quick sketches, ideating kick-ass wireframes, designing effortless interactions, making it visually appealing, you name it! You will drive product solutions that service the goals of both our users and the company. 

In a nutshell

  • Understand what our company objectives are, business decisions and the goals of your team and product manager. 
  • Doing user research - connect with real life users through interviews and surveys
  • Go beyond the screen - thinking about ideal user journeys and flows
  • Create exciting concepts
  • Design slick interfaces that make sense
  • Learn from data-driven experiments, iterating on design upon design
  • Being the designer of one of four product teams 
  • Tag along with our product managers to make plans for your next iterations
  • Team up with our developers to ship our work efficiently

  • Experience - You have 3 years proven work experience of designing and shipping digital products.
  • Skills - You own the entire design process, that’s why you have diverse design skills. From sketching and wireframing to detailed UI design; you own and appreciate it all.
  • User focused - You enjoy getting close to the user and understand the importance of qualitative and quantitative insights for your designs.
  • Product driven - You understand the business objectives and seek to identify and address opportunities in the product.
  • Eager to share - You understand the value of sharing your ideas, thoughts and first sketches in an early stage to keep the team up to speed.
  • Meticulous - You don't just design for the happy flow. You love to figure out all the paths a user might take and every state a feature can be in.
  • Keen - You know what’s going on in the industry, you’re eager to learn new things and you know how to work with design tools like Sketch.
  • Kind - Besides an awesome designer, you’re also a nice person to work with. We’re looking for someone that’s humble, easy-going, curious and empathic.
  • English - Fluently. Our team is an international bunch. You’d want to be able to share your thoughts easily.
