Relive is an app used by more than 11 million people to track and share their outdoor adventures. We're growing fast (this year we'll add more than 1 million new users a month) and we are aiming to have more than 100 million users of Relive within the next 3 years!
To get to 100 million users, we need to scale our team. This year we’re looking at doubling our team - going from 32 to 64 A-players. Also, we will be growing our Talent team. Right now our first in-house recruiter has been running things. We’re planning to have a talent team of 3x acquisition specialists and 1x acquisition lead to be set up and finding new talent asap.
As a talent acquisition lead, your focus will be a mix of high level strategy and hands on recruitment. You know all about the latest acquisition strategies, processes, and technologies and have experience implementing them in high-growth startups. You’re in charge to drive our recruiting operations - generating and executing solutions to improve our existing recruiting processes.
You will also partner closely with our leadership team to align on Relive’s future needs and to advise on both recruiting tactics and recruitment timelines. Next to that, as lead, you’ll be managing our talent team and will be supporting them by sourcing, conducting interviews, as well as building our talent pipeline and making job offers.
We have 33 people at Relive and over 15+ nationalities. Before Covid times we met each other often at the office (and at some bars in Rotterdam/Amsterdam 🍻 ). Nowadays we mostly work from home. When you join Relive, you'll be joining our Talent Team which consists of Joris van Kruijssen and Jayla Cosentino. Joris is one of our founders and takes care of HR/Onboarding and will be your direct manager. Jayla is our first in-house recruiter and is responsible for 360 recruitment.

We're a remote-first company. That means all our rituals and teams are designed for remote working. You can work anywhere in the Netherlands. We have an office in Rotterdam 🇳🇱 where you can work if you prefer a physical space.
We expect everyone on the team to get together a few times a year as we still think it's useful to make in-person bonds to strengthen our remote-first culture. That means a few times a year you can expect to travel to Rotterdam to spend time with your team, make connections, and have some fun together. All of this is dependent on COVID rules of course, so currently, our office is fully closed đź™…
