We’re looking for a talented Recruiter who can help scale our team and help bring Relive to the next level. From engineers to designers & product managers, your passion and eye for talent make sure our team will be one of the very best.

The role👀

Now it’s time to take Relive to the next level. We’re looking to grow our team with at least 20 new members within a year.

Starting from this clear objective you’ll work alongside our team to identify our hiring needs. You’ll set up, be in charge of and run our hiring roadmap and strategy.

This is a great opportunity to be an early member of the Relive team and have a significant impact on the next phase of Relive. You’ll be making sure that we attract great candidates and act as an ambassador of the Relive brand and company. Our ideal recruiter has at least 3-4 years of work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, ideally at a tech company or startup.

In short - it’s your responsibility to ensure Relive attracts, hires & retains the best employees.

In a nutshell

  • Design and implement Relive’s recruiting process and strategy
  • Source and recruit candidates
  • Assess candidates and guide the interview process ensuring a streamlined and fair experience for all candidates
  • We’re building a great product and are a pretty cool place to work! Make sure the world knows this and develop an inbound recruiting strategy.

  • Experience - You’re an experienced in-house recruiter with at least 3 years of proven experience. You can spot a great engineer from miles away, know the difference between product and project managers, and have been in charge of hiring both junior and senior team members.
  • Question master - solid ability to conduct different types of interviews and selection processes to find true gems.
  • Kind - Besides an awesome recruiter, you’re also a nice person to work with. We’re looking for someone that’s creative, resourceful, curious and emphatic.
