Relive is an app used by more than 13 million people to track and share their outdoor adventures. We think that being outdoors and exploring the world around you is amazing for your mental and physical wellbeing, and we're on a mission to get everyone exploring the outdoors and living a healthy and active life.

We're growing fast (this year we'll add more than 1 million new users a month) and we are aiming to have more than 100 million users of Relive within the next 3 years!
To get to 100 million users, we need to scale our team. This year we’re looking at doubling our team - going from 32 to 64 A-players. You'll be joining our Talent Team which consists of Iñez Eppinga, Jayla Cosentino and Siënna Sonnenberg.
As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you know all about the latest talent acquisition strategies, processes, and technologies and are eager to think outside the box when finding and hiring amazing talent. You'll be responsible for the whole recruitment process, from writing job descriptions, sourcing, to interviewing and making offers. You'll also get to help us build and implement an amazing employer brand. This is a very dynamic role, with a lot of room for testing out new recruitment methods in a fast scaling company.
We're a remote-first company with a team of 35 people with 15+ nationalities. That means all our rituals and teams are designed for remote working. We do have an office in Rotterdam 🇳🇱 where you can work if you prefer a physical space, and we're happy to help you relocate here if you choose. We expect everyone on the team to get together a few times a year as we still think it's useful to make in-person bonds to strengthen our remote-first culture. Currently, The Netherlands is our biggest hub. Recently we've started adding people to the team living in the UK and Germany.
